DELIVERY POLICY

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received. Delivery times are estimates and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-4 business days from the the date of your order. Business days only mean Monday to Fridays, except public holidays and weekends. We do not ship on non-business days. For orders within Malaysia, the delivery time would take approximately 3-7 working days. An additional 1-2 working days is required for deliveries to East Malaysia or rural addresses.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. As a guide, standard shipping costs are applied at RM8-10 within West Malaysia and RM12-15 to East Malaysia.

We will try to provide a tracking number with each order. If you do not receive one, please email us with your order number at hazymindstudios@gmail.com.
